Job summary
AHL Healthcare Group in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Adult Foster Care division. The role oversees daily operations, licensing compliance, staff scheduling, training, and client support planning to help residents live happy, healthy lives.
The position offers flexible house schedules, shifts from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, and a compensation rate of $22.00 per hour for full-time work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services with 1 year FT work experience, or
- Associate degree in a field related to human services with 2 years FT work experience, or
- Diploma in a related field with 3 years FT work experience, or
- Minimum 50 hours of education/training in human services with 4 years FT work experience under supervision
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational facets of each program, including licensing compliance, staffing, scheduling, and client needs planning.
- Train and supervise staff, coordinate client services, and implement behavior support plans.
- Help residents achieve personal goals and live happy, healthy lives.
