You will oversee program operations, ensure licensing compliance, hire and train staff, schedule and coordinate client needs, and support residents to live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

The role requires a related human services degree (or equivalent education/experience), strong organization, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a related human services degree or equivalent experience as listed.
• FT work experience requirements vary by education level as specified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational facets of the program and ensure licensing compliance.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; plan client needs and behavior management.
• Coordinate meetings and training; support residents to live safe, healthy lives.
