Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group is seeking a Program Coordinator for its At Home Living Adult Foster Care division in Cokato, MN. You will oversee all operational facets, ensure licensing compliance, and coordinate staffing and client needs to support residents.

The role emphasizes energy, creativity, and a commitment to improving lives, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, scheduling, and behavior support planning to empower residents to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

Requirements include a baccalaureate/associate or diploma in human services with FT work experience (various combinations).
Must be 18+, able to pass MVR, driver's license, vehicle insurance, and state background check clearance.
Ability to read/write/speak English fluently and use a computer with minimal training.

Responsibilities

Oversee program operations, licensing compliance, staffing, scheduling, and client planning.
Hire, train, supervise staff and manage client behavioral support planning.
Help residents achieve personal goals and live healthy, fulfilling lives.
