Job summary

Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced Technology Program Coordinator to support technology delivery within a financial services environment. This hands-on role will require strong organization and the ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams in an Agile setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in program or project coordination, solid JIRA experience with dashboards and reporting, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint for metrics and leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of program/project coordination, PMO, Scrum support, or delivery operations experience.
• Financial services experience—ideally investment management, asset management, fund operations, investment operations, or banking.
• Strong hands-on JIRA experience, including boards, dashboards, reporting, and data quality.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PI Planning.
• Experience facilitating meetings, capturing minutes and action items, and driving follow-through.
• Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience preparing metrics and leadership presentations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Nice to have: BigPicture, Confluence, SAFe, SteerCo reporting, fund treasury exposure, and onboarding/offboarding coordination
