The Program Coordinator supports Technical Program Managers (TPMs) in executing cross‑functional engineering programs. This role focuses on coordination, task tracking, tool management, and documentation to ensure engineering work progresses on time and with clear visibility. The Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining program structure and execution discipline across engineering teams, including Design Engineering, Project Engineering, Operations Engineering, and supporting functions such as Procurement, Construction, Assets, and Operations. This role does not own technical decisions or program strategy but plays a critical role in enabling efficient execution, communication, and accountability across teams.
