Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Program Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI to develop, coordinate, and oversee community-based programs for Eastpointe Commons and surrounding areas. You will report to the Director of Community Workforce Development and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission while enhancing participant experiences and resource access.

You will lead daily operations, assist with grant-funded programs, facilitate trainings, connect participants to services, and build partnerships

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with formerly incarcerated individuals.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, reporting, and compliance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and community partners.

The Program Coordinator develops, coordinates, and oversees community-based programs at Resource Village that support residents of Eastpointe Commons and the surrounding community. Working under the guidance of the Director of Community Workforce Development, this role helps ensure programs align with Hope Network's mission, create positive participant experiences, and connect individuals with resources that support personal growth, stability, and success.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee daily program operations and activities

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Experience with program oversight, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record systems
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and community partners
