Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover to provide person-centered support across residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. You will promote independence, safety, and community integration while traveling between multiple Hope Network sites.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
• Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
• Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed.

What You'll Bring

Preferred:

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
• CPR/First Aid certification

• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis
