PC’s manage program schedule fidelity while also addressing client stabilization throughout the shift. PC’s assess the therapeutic needs of the individual and the group while on the unit and are also liaisons between Social Services and the MHT’s for the purpose of developing and coordinating proper interventions and milieu needs for our patients. PC’s have the primary responsibility of running psychoeducation groups and enrichment groups in afternoon and weekend programming, in coordination with programming outlined by Program Manager.
