The Center for Global Studies seeks an experienced administrative professional to support several new initiatives. This role supports the Roberta Buffett International Studies Program by fostering undergraduate engagement, assisting faculty with curricular development, and coordinating key academic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing logistics for the Practitioners in Residence program and collaborating with the Buffett Institute on the Roberta Buffett Visiting Professor in International Studies. The position also involves maintaining relationships with visiting instructors, overseeing Global Café graduate mentors, and supporting event planning. Additionally, the role provides support to IS majors and minors on program requirements, maintains records of student progress toward degree completion, and processes forms related to declarations, graduation petitions, and study abroad articulation. The first 6 months require 5 days onsite. The target hiring range for this position will be between $53,000 - $68,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
