Northwestern University seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to oversee operations of the DPT education program. The role includes administrative duties, coordination with Course Directors, and managing course support and logistics for department events.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $56,782 and $70,978 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Provides management for DPT education program operations and provides day‑to‑day oversight and administrative duties for the Assistant Chair of Curricular Affairs and DPT Program Administrator.
60‑75% of the Senior Program Coordinator’s time will be working alongside Course Directors of specific and/or credit‑heavy courses to help with administration and day‑to‑day course operations. This position provides support and implementation of course activities, such as managing specific student accommodations; scheduling and overseeing exams and additional practice and make‑ups; arranging room set‑up and breakdown; managing class volunteers and payment; and managing the recruiting and hiring process of DPT operational student workers.
20‑30% of the Senior Program Coordinator’s time will be spent working in DPT course support reporting to Program Administrator and Assistant Director of Student Affairs. Duties related to DPT course support include proctoring exams, providing a variety of administrative support for faculty and student services such as accommodations, curriculum, program evaluation, recommending alternatives for course requirements, reviewing administrative processes and procedures regarding student services and recommending changes.
Additionally, the Senior Program Coordinator will be in charge of event logistics for department‑related events, such as securing space for events, arranging and ordering catering, and making travel arrangements for visitors.
