Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to help run the Delaware County/Chester Night Reporting Center. You will assist the Program Director with daily operations, intake, referrals, and contract compliance while providing advocacy and support to youth and families.

The role combines operational leadership with hands-on service delivery to promote positive outcomes for young people. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting program operations, supervising staff, managing budgets, or coordinating services.
• Experience working with youth and families in community-based, school-based, or home-based settings.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; EHR/case management systems a plus.

Job description

Summary of the Position: Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the Delaware County/Chester Night Reporting Center program and ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery. Working closely with the Program Director, this position assists with program administration, staff support, participant intake and referral processes, and contract compliance activities.

The Program Coordinator serves as both an operational leader and direct service team member, helping ensure program goals are met while also providing advocacy services to youth and families. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about supporting positive outcomes for young people.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Experience with electronic health record (EHR) or case management systems is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
