The University of Washington Bothell Enrollment Services Desk is seeking a Program Coordinator to deliver front-line assistance to students and staff, answer questions about the Registrar, Financial Aid, and International Student Services, and collect/pay paperwork.
You will issue Husky ID cards, help with registration needs, and coordinate information for campus services. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Enrollment Services has an opportunity for Program Coordinator (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv) to join their team.
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, the Program Coordinator is responsible for front-line customer service for the University of Washington Bothell's Enrollment Student Services Desk serving current students and faculty and staff, assisting with answering questions about individual programs within the Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid, and International Student Services. The position also collects paperwork and processes it for the above areas. The position answers general questions about the campus as well as about other offices within the Division of Enrollment & Student Affairs. Responsible for printing Husky Cards for new students as well as replacement cards for students, faculty, and staff.
