Summit Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Program Controls Manager in Melbourne, FL to establish and maintain cost and schedule control systems for government contracts. You will monitor performance, conduct financial analysis, manage budgets and forecasts, and support EVM processes to ensure compliance.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with variance analysis, risk management, and baselines.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVM, forecasting, and reporting on government contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with variance analysis, risk management, and baselines.
• Knowledge of proposal development and contract startup processes.
• Familiarity with ANSI/EIA-748 and EVMS requirements.
• Ability to work within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain cost and schedule control systems.
• Monitor performance against budgets, schedules, and EVM metrics.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, funding profiles, and cash flow projections.
• Support CAMs with variance analysis and reporting.
• Perform EACs monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Analyze performance and prepare status reports.
• Incorporate contract changes into baselines.
• Identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
• Collaborate with IPTs and cross-functional teams.
• Support audits, startups, and baseline change control.
