Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Controls Financial Analyst in Goleta, CA, to support financial management for a portfolio of Advanced Technologies programs. This hybrid role is based in Goleta with possible assignments in El Segundo, CA and McKinney, TX. Active security clearance and U.S.

citizenship are required. The role involves cost and schedule control, EVMS concepts, forecasting, and financial reporting, collaborating across PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Contracts to meet program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a finance or accounting function.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost and schedule control, analysis, and reporting for assigned programs.
• Support the financial management and execution of assigned contracts.
• Manage financial processes for assigned programs, including monitoring program financial performance and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and other functional teams to support program financial objectives.
• Learn and apply Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) principles and processes.
• Perform forecasting, data analysis, financial reporting, and program performance reviews.
• Support the development of Estimates at Completion (EACs), including cost analysis, variance analysis, and identification of program risks and opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for program reviews, leadership requests, and business planning activities.
