Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ years of program controls experience required.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, Deltek/Costpoint preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs).
- Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability.
- Support revenue recognition and project status reporting.
- Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections.
- Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets.
- Prepare variance analyses and management reports.
- Support invoice reviews and contract modifications.
