Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years Finance/Business Management experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of EVMS software (i.e. MPM or Cobra), SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting principles.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
• Experience developing and presenting business strategies, financial information, and risk assessments to leadership teams.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision activities, including goal setting, reviews, and timecard approvals.
• Develop employee skills and evaluate performance in EVMS, cost reports, and EACs.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
• Focus team on uncompromising quality, accountability, and performance.
• Interface with program office, leadership, and external audits on EVMS tasks.
• Support proposal preparation, fact-finding, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
