Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Control / Financial Support Lead in Colorado Springs to support NORAD and USSPACECOM operations. The role focuses on financial planning, program controls, budgeting, forecasting, and execution across a complex environment.

The ideal candidate will have DoD program experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in EVM, cost performance, and executive reporting. Collaboration with PM, Contracts, Finance, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting program controls, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations on complex DoD programs.
• Experience supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, Estimates at Complete (EACs), and financial reporting.
• Experience analyzing program cost, labor, staffing, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, EACs, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain contract financial records and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Track cost, schedule, funding, and staffing performance; identify trends and risks.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, metrics, and executive reports.
• Support EVM activities and program management reviews.
• Coordinate with CAMs and cross-functional teams on financial data.
