Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Control / Financial Support Lead to support NORAD ITW/AA and NISSC III through financial planning, forecasting, and execution across a complex DoD program in Colorado Springs.

You will partner with Program Management, Contracts, Finance, and Government stakeholders to monitor performance, build financial models, and provide executive reports while ensuring compliance and timely risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3+ years of relevant experience. Additional four years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting program controls, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations on complex DoD programs.
• Experience supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, Estimates at Complete (EACs), and financial reporting.
• Experience analyzing program cost, labor, staffing, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, EACs, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain contract financial records and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Track cost, schedule, funding, and staffing performance; identify trends and risks.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, metrics, and executive reports.
• Support EVM activities and program management reviews.
