Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project control or financial analysis experience for a U.S. Government contractor, across FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting).
• Experience with Smartsheet or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to pass screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze EACs, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Manage forecasts and financial performance across multiple contracts with different types.
• Establish and manage charge numbers; monitor costs against budgets.
• Track funding status and flag funding risks and needed actions.
• Lead monthly project reviews with Program Managers, presenting financials.
• Build Excel models and Smartsheet dashboards for forecasts and cost reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and customer deliverables on time.
• Monitor revenue and profit recognition per accounting standards.
