S3, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Control Analyst to support our programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
This is not a teleworking position. Military experience is a plus.
The Program Control Analyst will work for a large, fast-paced SETA contract with a major Army Project Office and will report to the Contract Task Order Lead (TOL). This employee will deal with government and contractor personnel.
Duties
- Work in Deltek Costpoint for timekeeping, reporting, and contract modification set-ups.
- Develop and update an Excel work plan for the entire contract, track and report on multiple subcontractors and team members.
- Generate, review, and coordinate the approval and process coordination and approval of vouchers from subcontractors and team members.
- Develop purchase requests for subcontractors and team members for coordination with and modification execution by contract specialists.
- Coordinate travel requests with employees to include knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) requirements, assignment of travel codes, and track travel funding.
- Update, review, and reconcile monthly financial reports to the government.
Experience
- Must have Excel functional and operational experience to manage and organize data.
- Understanding of requirements associated with government contracts, awards, modifications, de-obligation requirements, realignments, and reallocation processes.
- Must be detail-oriented, work independently with minimal supervision, be resourceful in problem solving, and understand the priorities of the TOL.
- Must be customer-focused, professional, patient, and exhibit clear communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree with four (4) years of experience.
- Possess the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.
- One (1) or more years' of experience with Deltek Costpoint.
- One (1) or more years' experience with updating, reviewing, and reconciliation of monthly financial reports.
- One (1) or more years' of relevant financial experience using Excel spreadsheets.
- One (1) or more years' experience with travel request and using the JTR.
