GaN is now accepting resumes for a Program Control Analyst. We need talented professionals who excel in collaborative environments, working directly with Program Managers and stakeholders to execute programs effectively. This role requires initiative, multi-tasking, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with extensive communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the program team and management to ensure cost proposals align with company goals and are competitive and compliant.
• Use judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Develop program spend plans and ensure data is reasonable, effective, and realistic.
• Support CDRL submissions.
• Coordinate contract actions with subcontractors to ensure proposals meet program requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-10 years of program control experience supporting budget development, CDRL preparation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with contracts involving EXPRESS, GSA OASIS, IAC MAC, RS3, among others.
• Current knowledge of industry and finance trends.
