Job summary

DataX Connect seeks a Senior Onsite Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects across the United States. You will oversee project delivery, ensuring design, schedule, and quality standards are met, and serve as the primary client liaison.

You will manage the CRAID Log, monitor schedules, coordinate MEP integrations, and mentor field staff. Expect 75-100% travel, permanent employment, and a salary range of $160,000 to $240,000 per year.

About The Role:

• Serve as the senior onsite representative for clients, overseeing project delivery and ensuring adherence to design, schedule, and quality standards.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience in construction or program management, preferably in hyperscale data centers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems along with construction methods.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site projects, manage risks, and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Skilled in using project management software like Procore and in leveraging digital tools and AI for efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Nice to Have Skills:

• PMP or CCM certification.
• Knowledge of the hyperscale data center market.
• Experience with OSHA 300 and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with ability to travel 75-100% across the U.S.
• Ability to relocate within 1-3 months if needed.
• Willingness to complete safety training and adhere to health and safety protocols.
