Job summary

Utah State University is seeking a Program Assistant III to help manage the One Utah Service Fellowship (OUSF) program and AmeriCorps grant. This in-office role includes a hybrid option after 120 days and periodic travel to host sites. The position is permanent and contingent on funding.

The role supports compliance, policy development, and continuous improvement under the OUSF Director, with responsibilities for training, documentation, and coordination across partners.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of AmeriCorps member program management preferred.
• National Service Alum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in administration of compliance with the OUSF Program and AmeriCorps grant.
• Ensure program operates in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including labor laws, grant requirements, and non-profit standards.
• Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to assess program compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to program staff and fellows on compliance-related issues.
