Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is seeking a Program Coach to support staff, families, and children in addressing social-emotional delays, trauma responses, and self-regulation using evidence-based practices like PBIS. They provide coaching, modeling, and training, and offer curriculum support across learning domains with classroom assessments.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field and at least two years of early childhood

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of early childhood classroom experience is required.
• Classroom coaching experience is preferred.
• Experience using adult learning principles and training adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides non-evaluative coaching and training to enhance teaching practices.
• Develops and supports team members with curriculum implementation and professional development.
• Aligns curriculum with standards and goals.
• Supports staff with social-emotional learning and PBIS practices.
• Collaborates with teachers to teach social-emotional skills and coordinate services.
