Program Clinical Supervisor II, in collaboration with the Program Director, serves as a pivotal partner in overseeing care and services for participants whilst upholding programmatic fidelity and achieving successful outcomes and satisfaction for participants.
The Program Clinical Supervisor plans, supervises, reviews, and oversees the work of direct care staff (partner staff, BA-level staff, registered BBS staff and Licensed staff), reviews and ensures program documentation meets the relevant standards, provides consultation related to participant/family needs and plans; ensures compliance with Fred Finch and federal, state, and county guidelines; provides strategic and operational direction in programs covering the areas of productivity and financial performance, provides direct service as needed, and performs related duties as assigned. Program Clinical Supervisor II and III provide an advanced level of clinical acumen and oversight given their licensure requirements.
