Job summary

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services in California seeks a Program Clinical Supervisor II to oversee participant care and services, ensuring program fidelity and positive outcomes.

You will plan, supervise, review, and oversee direct care staff, ensure documentation meets standards, and provide consultation for participant and family needs while complying with guidelines. This role requires licensure and two years of supervisory experience, with in-person work during regular hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of designing, supervising, monitoring, updating, and discontinuing behavioral, mental, and emotional interventions.
• Ability to use de-escalation techniques aligned with the trauma-informed care model in crises.
• Understanding developmental milestones of children, youth, or young adults to provide care, treatment and services.
• Ability to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and age-appropriate services for participants and families.
• Ability to manage, coach, provide developmental feedback, and supervise staff.
• Willing and available for in-person work during regular business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and willing to work extra hours.
• Clean driving record and a current CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire.
• Must have access to dependable transportation or use of agency vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care and services for participants while upholding program fidelity and achieving outcomes.
• Plan, supervise, review, and oversee the work of direct care staff; ensure documentation meets standards.
• Provide consultation related to participant/family needs and plans; ensure compliance with agency and state guidelines.
• Provide strategic and operational direction in programs covering productivity and financial performance; perform direct service as needed.
