Job summary

The role requires DoD program experience, strong engineering metrics usage, and ability to drive cost/schedule performance while leading collaborations with customers and internal stakeholders. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams through proposal to production.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and US citizenship.
• Experience transitioning programs from development to production.
• Ability to use engineering metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across full program lifecycle from design to production.
• Direct integration of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems with stakeholders.
• Guide design reviews, milestones, and project planning sessions.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resource planning.
• Apply RCCA and EVMS to improve program performance.
• Support new business pursuits and cost reviews.
