Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years in EO/IR systems engineering.
• Experience as Technical Lead for complex electro‑optical systems.
• Ability to lead design reviews, integration/verification, and readiness reviews.
• Experience with EVMS, risk management, and technical metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end technical execution meeting performance, cost, schedule, and risk goals.
• Define program risk posture and mitigation strategies.
• Own system architecture, baseline, requirements, and ICDs.
• Lead trade studies, modeling/simulation, and test plans.
• Ensure compliance with performance, cost, schedule, and manufacturability objectives.
