You will train auditors, manage audit scope updates, and interact with internal and external partners to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, risk management, business, or related area.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance with program oversight, underwriting, compliance, or audit.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the insurance industry managing audit, compliance, or underwriting teams.
• Strong technological aptitude with advanced Microsoft skills, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly audits of program data and broader audits assessing operations and compliance.
• Train and develop Program Auditors, ensuring productivity and audit obligations.
• Oversee our audit program, updating audit scope and methodology as needed.
• Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external program partners.
