Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Internal audit experience or equivalent with financial acumen.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA or willingness to pursue.
• Strong critical thinking and desire to learn complex subject areas.
• Experience with analytic tools like SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of the COSO framework, risk assessment techniques, and internal controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Audits: plan, conduct, and report audit results with independence and adherence to standards.
• Analyze and assess risks across processes to identify key controls.
• Leverage SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to gather and interpret data for audit objectives.
• Collaborate in project teams to ensure quality and timely completion of audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Assurance functions, leveraging AI where appropriate.
