Job summary

USAging seeks a Program Associate to support the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging (NRCNA). The role involves developing materials such as newsletters, research papers, and blog posts, and conducting literature reviews to synthesize findings.

You will help maintain partner communications, support online peer platforms, and assist with planning trainings, webinars, and events, ensuring smooth use of relevant technology. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, with one to two years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Quantitative and data analysis skills a plus; ability to present data effectively using graphs, charts and other formats
• Familiarity with social media, newsletter, blog and website platforms
• Experience with email platforms (Constant Contact or similar), survey tools (Survey Monkey), and webinar/communications platforms preferred
• Experience with website maintenance platforms is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and preparation of materials, newsletter articles, research papers, presentations, blog posts, social media content and other written products
• Conduct program research and synthesize findings from literature reviews and other sources
• Maintain communications with partners and support administration of online peer communication platforms
• Assist with planning and execution of training and events, webinars, and related communications technology
• Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings and responding to correspondence
