The Fidelity Foundations in Boston, MA seeks a Program Associate to support the Economic Opportunity portfolio by coordinating workflows, datasets, and materials that drive decision making. The role partners with the Program Director to move projects forward with accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities include managing board cycles, drafting memos and reports, monitoring grants, building dashboards in Salesforce, and maintaining data integrity across portfolios.

The Program Associate ensures the effective execution of the Economic Opportunity team’s work through managing workflows, coordinating systems and data, and supporting the delivery of high-quality materials that enable team decision making. As an execution partner to the Program Director and a central project manager for the team, they coordinate projects, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives move forward smoothly with consistency, accuracy and reliability.

This position will be based in Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work in-person a minimum of 3 days per week with colleagues; successful candidates will need to undergo a comprehensive background check.
The base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $125,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on a variety of factors such as job responsibilities & scope, special skills, education, special certifications, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus in addition to their base pay.
