Program Associate
Description
Position: Program Associate
Hours of Employment: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday-Thursday, or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Fridays (non-school days). Occasional weekday evenings and weekends may be required.
Work Location: In-Person
Salary Range: $20.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Immediate Supervisor: Program Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Position Overview: Responsible for implementing all student-based programming within the community school model. Work directly with youth to support their social, emotional, cognitive, and academic development.
