Washington State University's Public Service and Transportation Services Department are now accepting applications for a Program Assistant. As a Program Assistant you will serve as primary point of customer service contact for Transportation Services, including answering inquiries, cash handling and Parking Management Assistance. The work requires knowledge and experience specific to the Transportation Services on the WSU Pullman campus. The incumbent will compose written communications, and establish and maintain records relating to department operations.
Monthly Salary: $3,565.00 to $4,746.00 | Range 39 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 .
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
This is a full time ( 100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. This is an on-site/in-person position located on the WSU campus in Pullman, WA.
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.
