Job summary

Pace Center for Girls is seeking a general program support role to assist with the academic and social services components. This position contributes to a safe, structured environment where girls learn, heal and grow within a trauma-informed framework.

The role focuses on supporting lesson delivery, transportation, lunch operations, data entry and student attendance while upholding the Center’s values and policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience using personal computers and database software.
• Florida driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Follows lesson plan and supervises class in the absence of the Teacher Advisor (follow local guidelines).
• Assists in proctoring state-required tests.
• Answers incoming calls and greets visitors professionally.
• Orders, picks up and distributes lunches; processes lunch forms and NSLP duties where applicable.
• Records and maintains transportation log; distributes transportation passes as applicable.
• Maintains daily attendance records and may enter data into the system.
• Participates in after-hours center activities to support girls and families.
• Maintains stock for incentives and outwear; assists in coordinating awards ceremonies.
• Other duties as assigned.
