Pace Center for Girls is seeking a general program support role to assist with the academic and social services components. This position contributes to a safe, structured environment where girls learn, heal and grow within a trauma-informed framework.
The role focuses on supporting lesson delivery, transportation, lunch operations, data entry and student attendance while upholding the Center’s values and policies in a fast-paced setting.

This position is responsible for providing general program support for the academic and social services components.
The work environment characteristics can be stressful, is fast-paced and requires alertness and flexibility. The noise level is usually quiet; however, noise can accelerate to moderate and high levels.
This position requires a Level II pre-employment background screening pursuant to Chapters 435, 984, 985 and 943, Florida Statutes, and the Department of Juvenile Justice policy and procedures.
