Pace Center for Girls in New York is seeking a General Program Support role to assist the academic and social services components of our program.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer/database skills.
• Preferred an associate or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and supervise the class when Teacher Advisor is absent.
• Assist in proctoring state-required tests.
• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Coordinate lunches and process free/reduced lunch codes in the system.
• Maintain transportation logs and distribute passes.
• Enter attendance and other data into school information systems as assigned.
• Support after-hours center activities for girls and families.
• Inventory supplies for meal program operations.
• Assist in Behavior Modification program administration.
• Support award ceremonies and other duties as assigned.
