Program Assistant/Case Manager (FT, PT positions)

Principal Responsibilities:

Adult Education Program seeks Program Assistant with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong writing and computer skills. Must be comfortable using databases and entering case notes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong sense of and respect for confidentiality.

Key responsibilities: Maintain internal case files, ensure timely data entry into government and internal databases, including but not limited to intake, goals and outcomes, pre and post testing, attendance, case notes and insuring that supporting documentation is on file. Full-Time position, should be available to work 2 evenings as needed to support Adult Education Program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Mental Health or a related field required.

Ability working with diverse populations.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows based computer applications and database management.

Bi-lingual Russian/English a plus

Salary:

$47,000
