Job summary

Natick Town is seeking an energetic, organized, and creative individual to join our Birthday Party team. This position helps plan and lead birthday party celebrations for children of all ages while creating a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for families.

Responsibilities include leading activities and games, preparing materials, setting up party spaces, assisting families with decorations, serving food and cake, coordinating party logistics, and cleaning up following each event.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children or in recreation programs.
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, energetic, customer-focused approach.
• CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead birthday party celebrations for children.
• Lead activities and games and prepare materials.
• Set up party spaces and assist with decorations.
• Serve food and cake and maintain safe serving areas.
• Coordinate party logistics and clean up after events.
• Assist with program promotion and participant communication.
• Support special events as needed.

Compensation

This position is Grade 2 of the Town's Part-Time Pay Plan with an hourly range of $18.00 to $19.10 based upon qualifications and experience.
