Job summary

Town of Natick seeks an energetic and organized individual to join our Birthday Party team. This part-time role plans and leads birthday celebrations for children of all ages, creating a fun, welcoming experience for families.

Responsibilities include leading activities, preparing materials, setting up spaces, assisting families with decorations, serving food and cake, coordinating logistics, and cleaning up after events. CPR/FA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, recreation programs, events, or a related field.
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented.
• Has or will obtain CPR/FA certification.

Compensation

This position is Grade 2 of the Town’s Part-Time Pay Plan with an hourly range of $18.00 to $19.10 based upon qualifications and experience.
