Under Supervision of the Spartanburg Vital Records Supervisor;
A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Three (3) years of face-to-face customer service, Two (2) years of cashiering or banking experience. Ability to type at a corrected rate of 40 wpm (testing test required).

Bilingual in Spanish, Associate's or bachelor's degree, and/or Six (6) years of responsible clerical experience.
If this position requires the applicant to possess a valid driver’s license to operate a state vehicle or personal vehicle, any applicant being considered in the final stages of selection for the position will be required to provide a certified copy of a 10-year driving record.
