United Way of the Midlands provides critical support as a Program Assistant, assisting the Manager of Eligibility Operations and supporting the 211 and Weatherization programs with applications, approvals, denials, and documentation.
The role requires an Associates degree in a business field and 2–4 years of related experience, plus strong MS Office skills, confidentiality, and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position in Omaha with competitive benefits.

The Program Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Manager, Eligibility Operations through various administrative and clerical duties and will provide support to various programs and projects.
