Job summary

The Berkshire Soccer Academy is a private overnight girls' camp in East Otis, Massachusetts. We are seeking a Program Assistant for the summer season to help facilitate activities, support campers, and assist with daily programming from early June to mid/late August.

Qualifications

• Must be trustworthy and follow through with commitments.

• Engage with kids ages 10-16 and develop programming.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and facilitating games and activities.
• Support programming to promote group cohesion and fun.
• Coordinate with campers and counselors to ensure smooth daily operations.
