Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional in Huntsville, AL to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for health, public health, and government analytics initiatives. You will translate stakeholder needs into interactive visual analytics, data models, and KPI-driven solutions that inform decision-making.

You will collaborate with program leaders and technical teams, profile data quality, and apply ETL/ELT processes, SQL, and statistical techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three or more years in BI/analytics or related field.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with SQL and structured/semi-structured data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into analytics products and KPIs.
• Develop data models, DAX measures, and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Conduct statistical and geospatial analyses to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and standards.
• Document data dictionaries and reporting methodologies.
