Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) at Camp H.M. Smith, Oahu, Hawaii.

The role focuses on capturing theater-level Lessons Learned, integrating joint and coalition LL, and supporting LL flows within OPLAN/OPORD processes. The analyst will coordinate with INDOPACOM staff and Marine units, analyze trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; substitution with experience/certifications allowed.
• Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or equivalent Intermediate Level Education (ILE) preferred.
• Derivative Classification.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document theater-level Lessons Learned across MARFORPAC area.
• Integrate joint Lessons Learned from US services in INDOPACOM.
• Coordinate coalition Lessons Learned with partner nations.
• Support OPPLAN/OPORD LL integration into planning processes.
• Manage LL flows and workflows for timely dissemination.
• Coordinate with INDOPACOM staff and Marine units on LL matters.
• Analyze theater trends to identify issues and improvements.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Maintain LL databases and knowledge management systems.
• Support after-action reviews for major exercises and operations.
• Facilitate LL working groups with joint/coalition partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
