Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project activities or workstreams, including project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, or discovery sessions while building consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience presenting information to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and workstreams in support of digital health, artificial intelligence (AI), and healthcare innovation initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements while fostering collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables that effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Lead project planning activities, monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders/Contracting Officer and project teams to facilitate communication and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Lead the development of monthly implementation progress dashboards, monthly program status reports, executive briefing materials, digital health pipeline dashboards, and other project deliverables to support contract reporting requirements and Government decision-making.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and support the development of evaluation plans and project completion reports while ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract requirements.
  • Perform other programmatic, analytical, and strategic duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.

Position Overview:

The Senior Program Analyst serves as a senior advisor and workstream lead, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives. Working collaboratively with government stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners, the Senior Program Analyst conducts research and analysis, develops executive-level deliverables, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and provides strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making and successful program execution. This role also provides guidance to junior staff, promotes collaboration across project teams, and helps ensure contract deliverables are completed in accordance with program objectives, performance requirements, and established timelines.

Please note this position is contingent upon award (Aug/Sept 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or other Federal healthcare agencies.
  • Experience supporting digital health, healthcare innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), human-centered design (HCD), or healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Experience supporting product implementation, pilot programs, program evaluations, or performance measurement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting executive strategy development, organizational change initiatives, or strategic communications.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma or a comparable project management or Agile certification.
