Job summary

The Building People seeks a Program Analyst with an active Secret Clearance to join our team in support of government clients in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will analyze program performance, develop executive briefings, monitor compliance, and support strategic planning and risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze program performance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop executive briefings and reports.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of program analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Federal consulting or program support experience.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
• Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
