Job summary

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest is seeking an Operations Program Analyst to develop metrics, dashboards and data flows for reporting and performance monitoring. You will oversee budget allocation for travel and training, analyze project data, and prepare monthly updates and the annual Command Operations Report.

Qualified candidates will have experience with NAVFAC e-Applications, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and the ability to coordinate complex

Qualifications

Experience using data visualization tools to create reports, dashboards and data flows.
Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills for travel and training budgets.
Ability to coordinate input from stakeholders for monthly reports and annual command operations report.
Excellent communication to lead discussions and guide professionals collaboratively.
Familiarity with NAVFAC organizational structure and business directorates.

Responsibilities

Develop operational and financial metrics, dashboards, and data flows for reporting.
Oversee travel/training budget allocation, execution, and travel orders.
Analyze data from projects to assess performance and support production management.
Coordinate input from stakeholders for recurring monthly reports and the CMD Operations Report.
Create or update metrics to monitor OPS compliance with standard operating procedures.
