StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Junior Program Analyst (GFP Coordinator) to support PMA, GE-R and OMS-R Property management, ensuring compliance with government processes and data management.

You will coordinate with IPT Leaders and program management, advise on policy changes, and maintain the chain of custody for government property while collaborating with government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Less than 3 years of experience in similar duties.

Responsibilities

• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Coordinates with IPT Leaders and program management to ensure compatibility between GFE & Property planning/management requirements and activities and technical and programmaticInitiatives.
• Acts as Government Property manager, coordinating acquisition, support and movement of such property among government and industry sites, ensuring chain of custody is maintained throughout.
• Advise the APO/DAPO on the intent of new or revised GE-R Property management policy and guidance issued by higher authority and its potential to alter existing GFE & Property management practices and operations.
• The PMA GE-R and OMS-R Property Manager is responsible for ensuring all aspects of Property management are consistently applied and administered throughout the program.
• Significant liaison with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPT), NAVAIR competencies, NAVSUP, and numerous external customers, both government and industry is required.
• This liaison is accomplished through face‑to‑face and distance communications such as email, telephone and videoconferencing.
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.

StraCon Services Group, LLC seeks a Program Analyst, Junior (GFE) who will serve as PMA, GE-R and OMS-R Property Manager and provide product team support to ensure all applicable Property management requirements are met.

Essential Job Duties

• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• The candidate recommends to the Level II IPT leaders the policy, approaches, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Property management practices within the PMA organization.
• Performs coordination with IPT Leaders and program management personnel to ensure compatibility between GFE & Property planning/management requirements and activities and technical and programmatic initiatives.
• Acts as Government Property manager, coordinating acquisition, support and movement of such property among government and industry sites, ensuring chain of custody is maintained throughout.

Experience Requirements

• Less than 3 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience

• Working knowledge of DoD / NAVAIR program management processes and procedures. Working knowledge of AMS Tool Suite and DTS.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Allowable Substitute for Bachelor's Degree:
• Associate Degree plus two years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Four years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $74,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
