Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC seeks a Junior Program Analyst (GFP Coordinator) in Patuxent River, MD. You will support PMA, GE-R and OMS-R Property management, coordinating with IPTs and program teams to ensure GFE and property requirements align with technical initiatives.

The role focuses on documentation, data management, and process improvement across government property programs, requiring strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; substitute with associate degree plus two years additional work experience or four years additional work experience.
• Less than three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of DoD/NAVAIR program management processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of AMS Tool Suite and DTS.

Responsibilities

• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Recommends to Level II IPT leaders policy and procedures to improve efficiency of Property management practices.
• Coordinates with IPT Leaders and program management to ensure compatibility between GFE and Property planning/management requirements.
• Acts as Government Property manager, coordinating acquisition, support and movement of property and maintaining chain of custody.
• Advises on intent of new or revised GE-R Property management policy and guidance and its impact on operations.
• Ensures all aspects of Property management are consistently applied and administered.
• Maintains liaison with IP Teams, NAVAIR competencies, NAVSUP and external customers.
• Communicates via face-to-face, email, telephone, and videoconferencing.
• Applies analytic techniques in evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, organizes, and interprets data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Junior (GFP Coordinator) in Patuxent River MD. The Program Analyst, Junior (GFE) will serve as the PMA, GE-R and OMS-R Property Manager, providing product team support to ensure all applicable Property management requirements are met. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

Essential Job Duties

• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Recommends to Level II IPT leaders the policy, approaches, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Property management practices within the PMA organization.
• Performs coordination with IPT Leaders and program management personnel to ensure compatibility between GFE and Property planning/management requirements and activities and technical and programmatic initiatives.
• Acts as Government Property manager, coordinating acquisition, support and movement of property among government and industry sites, ensuring chain of custody is maintained throughout.
• Advises the APO/DAPO on intent of new or revised GE-R Property management policy and guidance issued by higher authority and its potential to alter existing GFE and Property management practices and operations.
• Ensures all aspects of Property management are consistently applied and administered throughout the program.
• Maintains significant liaison with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPT), NAVAIR competencies, NAVSUP and numerous external customers, both government and industry.
• Communicates through face‑to‑face and distance communications such as email, telephone and videoconferencing.
• Applies analytic techniques in evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

Experience Requirements

• Less than three (3) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience

• Working knowledge of DoD / NAVAIR program management processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of AMS Tool Suite and DTS.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Allowable substitute for Bachelor's Degree: associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience beyond required experience, or four (4) years additional work experience beyond required experience.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 – $74,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
